Your tasks:

- As a Digital Product Analyst (m/f/d) you work autonomously in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams including PMs, UX/UI designers as well as other stakeholders (such as Marketing) on a daily basis
- You support the discovery phase of our development teams with raw data analysis of user engagement and interaction on all digital touchpoints of HSE (e-commerce webshop and native apps)
- You help the digital product teams to validate their solutions to optimise the customer experience and to increase revenue by conducting incremental-lift-tests and transforming relevant data into valuable learnings and insights either in a deep dive analysis or reflected on a dashboard
- You query our web tracking raw data and combine it with other sources such as historical data from our DWH
- You prepare and share analytics insights for diverse audiences through written reports and oral presentations

Your profile:

- A very analytical and creative mind
- Experience in working in agile surroundings and adaptability to continuous changes
- A high degree of self-motivation, very good communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently in cross-functional teams
- Deep expertise in web tracking, digital analytics, A/B-testing and customer data platform
- Experience in web analytics in an e-commerce environment
- Profound knowledge of SQL and the ability to analyse big data sets
- Knowledge of coding languages for quantitative analysis is an advantage (e.g. R, SPSS, Python)
- Fluent in English, every other language is a plus
