We are looking for an experienced Digital Product Analyst with a well-structured & data-driven mindset to join our digital unit. In this role, you will work alongside cross-functional teams (experts in digital analytics, PMs, UX/UI designers, developers and marketing colleagues) in an experimental & agile environment to help the teams create the best user experience on all our digital touchpoints. You will do this by digging deep into our tracking and customer data to provide valuable insights on the digital customer journey and behaviors. You will also have the chance to work on data science projects that can help elevate our products to the next level. As a Digital Product Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing all the data that helps the teams to ensure HSE is the most entertaining way of shopping.

Your Tasks:

  • You work autonomously in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment alongside PMs, UX/UI designers, developers, marketing experts, and other stakeholders.
  • You support the discovery phase by analyzing raw user engagement and interaction data across all HSE digital touchpoints (webshop and native apps).
  • You validate product team solutions by planning and analyzing A/B tests, and transforming data into valuable insights through deep dives or dashboards to optimize customer experience and increase revenue.
  • You query web tracking raw data and integrate it with additional sources such as historical data from our DWH.
  • You will work with the following tools: Snowflake, AWS Athena, PowerBI Datasets, Amplitude, Tealium, Google Analytics, PowerBI, Excel, Confluence, Jira, Mural, MS Office, Slack and Teams.
  • You prepare and present analytics insights for a variety of audiences through reports and presentations.
  • You contribute to data science projects that help better understand and target our customers.
  • You act as a sparring partner for digital analytics experts, ensuring that tracking specifications align with business and analysis needs.

Your Profile:

  • You have a very analytical, well-structured, data-driven as well as creative mindset.
  • You are experienced in working in agile environments and adapt easily to continuous changes.
  • You are highly self-motivated, take strong ownership, and communicate clearly while working independently within cross-functional teams.
  • You have experience in web analytics within an e-commerce environment; knowledge in marketing analytics is a plus.
  • You have strong SQL skills and are confident in analyzing large datasets.
  • You ideally have experience with coding languages for quantitative analysis, such as R or Python.
  • You are familiar with PowerBI or similar data visualization tools.
  • Knowledge of data collection and processing (e.g., exposure to data engineering) is an advantage for better collaboration with our Data Platform team.
  • You are fluent in English (German is a plus).
