Your tasks:

- You ensure quality, safety and legal compliance in the area of home textiles, textile and non-textile accessories and footwear
 You define the quality requirements and tolerances and communicate internally and to suppliers and external service providers
- You test samples as well as their labeling and packaging according to legal requirements and HSE quality requirements and create test reports in the PDM system
- You review and approve pre-shipment inspections of external service providers in cooperation with relevant interfaces such as purchasing and suppliers / agencies
- You implement quality improvement measures together with accredited laboratories, agencies, suppliers, internal departments and track the results
 You evaluate and communicate quality data, participate in quality projects and conduct training on quality requirements
- You assess technical issues and are the contact person for complaints and clarification cases

Your profile:

- Product-specific training or studies as a technician, engineer or equivalent training in one of the relevant product groups
- Appropriate professional experience in a comparable activity
- Good knowledge of the manufacturing of the relevant products and the legal requirements 
- Good computer skills
- Hands-on mentality and enjoyment as well in physical testing as in the formal part of the job
- Pleasure in communicating with international suppliers and interfaces
- Fluent in English
