Expert BI & Analytics (m/f/d)

What you can expect:

  • You design, develop and optimize modern BI and analytics solutions to enable data-driven decision making
  • You analyze requirements from business departments and translate them into KPIs, semantic models, reports and interactive dashboards
  • You develop automated self-service BI solutions and ensure a consistent definition and use of relevant KPIs
  • You build and maintain data models using DBT and Snowflake applying dimensional modeling techniques
  • You work according to modern development standards such as clean code, test-driven development and automated testing to ensure high data quality
  • You manage code using Git, apply structured branch strategies and support CI/CD processes for reliable deployments
  • You analyze data sources together with the Data Platform team and derive optimizations for BI solutions and reporting structures
  • You collaborate closely with Product Owners, Data Platform and business teams and contribute to the continuous development of BI architecture and technologies

What you need to bring:

  • You have a relevant degree or a comparable qualification and several years of experience in BI, analytics or a similar environment
  • You have strong experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Google Looker Studio including administration, governance and architectural design
  • You have deep knowledge of SQL, solid Python skills and practical experience with DBT and Snowflake modeling
  • You are experienced in data modeling, reporting technologies and analyzing data using basic statistical methods
  • You have strong analytical skills and a structured working style with the ability to support data-driven decision making
  • You are confident working with KPIs, BI technologies and modern analytics environments
  • You communicate clearly, work well in teams and take ownership with a solution-oriented mindset
  • You have very good English skills and feel comfortable working in an international and agile environment
