What you can expect:

  • You take primary responsibility for specific, focused product initiatives.
  • You drive end-to-end product management for your assigned initiatives, from strategy development to implementation and measurement.
  • You own the roadmap for your initiatives and prioritize features based on business impact, strategy, and development costs.
  • You manage stakeholder communications and coordinate activities for your assigned initiatives.
  • You conduct data-driven analyses of KPIs and user journeys and execute A/B tests and experiments to inform strategic decisions and optimize the user experience.
  • You manage user research activities to build a deep understanding of customers and collaborate directly with Designers, Developers, and other Product Managers as an equal team member.
  • You demonstrate measurable impact through specific metrics and KPI improvements within your initiatives.
  • You take on new product initiatives as you grow and as business priorities evolve.

Your profile:

  • You have a strong initiative and ownership mentality and are excited about taking full responsibility.
  • You bring a strong analytical mindset and an interest in data-driven decision-making.
    You are structured and learning-oriented and are able to receive and implement feedback constructively.
  • You possess good stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • You are currently studying Business, E-Commerce, Computer Science, or a related field and have a passion for product management.
  • You have some prior experience with digital products, product management methods, or agile workflows.
  • You are fluent in English and feel comfortable working in an international product development environment.
  • You preferably have German language skills at B2 level or above.
